Orthopedic Spine Surgeon – Azza Health Care Agency, Wyoming
We are seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a well-established, physician‑managed group, replacing a busy outgoing surgeon. This position offers a balanced lifestyle with a 4‑day workweek, efficient practice, ASC, and hospital OR access in a safe, family‑friendly community with excellent schools and outdoor recreation.
- Join a team of 3 surgeons and 5 PAs providing high‑quality spine care.
- Light call rotation (1:6).
- Competitive salary from $715,000, plus bonuses, sign‑on, loan repayment, and relocation assistance.
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, 403(b), malpractice, PTO, and professional development.
- Requirements: MD/DO, fellowship trained in Spine Surgery, board certified/eligible, eligible for Wyoming licensure, with experience in decompress ions, fusions, disc replacements, and fracture care.
