Job DescriptionAs a Drilling Solutions Engineer, you will be a customer-facing engineering professional responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding product development, and maximizing profitability on existing accounts. You will utilize sales, technical, and project management skills to improve performance and achieve business targets. Your primary focus will be maintaining product penetration and building strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with NOV products.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Maintain relationships with customer accounts, providing efficient and diligent service to meet their requirements.
- Deliver technology presentations and training sessions as needed.
- Conduct customer visits and provide field site support throughout the assigned area.
- Monitor and resolve customer issues, feedback, and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate invoicing in compliance with NOV and local customer legal requirements.
- Support opportunity qualification and provide technical evaluations to maximize revenue.
- Create and maintain product offering maps and application studies.
- Capture and analyze tool performance data to generate run reports and performance summaries.
- Lead technical justification of product development processes for new designs.
- Provide support for the product life cycle for assigned projects.
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 2–8 years of relevant oilfield experience.
