Cost Controller

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for active projects and operations.
• Track Cap Ex and OpEx, ensuring adherence to budgets and strong cost discipline.
• Partner with project and finance teams to manage cash flow, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards, audits, and corporate governance policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 5 years of finance experience in mining, energy, or manufacturing.
• Proven background in cost control, variance analysis, and project reporting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and hold a valid driver’s license.
