Occupational Therapist (OT) – Casper, WY
Exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated team in Casper, Wyoming
! Help patients regain independence in daily living skills and achieve their therapy goals in a supportive environment.
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and individualized care plans
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active Wyoming OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve functional independence
