Exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated team in Casper, Wyoming
. Help patients regain independence in daily living skills and achieve their therapy goals in a supportive environment.
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active Wyoming OT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Passion for helping patients achieve functional independence.
