Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic CNA to provide physical support and assist residents in performing daily living activities. We are looking for a compassionate advocate for residents and their families. As a CNA you will be responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Help residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioning
  • Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care
  • Respond to resident call lights and assist with other needs in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervising nurse
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individualized care plans are implemented effectively, meeting both physical and emotional needs
Qualifications
  • Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • First aid and CPR certifications
  • In‑depth understanding of resident care policies and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Physical strength and stamina

    Effective communication skills
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Fast and adaptive problem‑solving abilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents, families, staff
