Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join the Department of Geriatrics supporting outpatient and long-term care in a rural setting.

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients, including diagnosing, treating, and managing geriatric illnesses and chronic diseases.
• Work alternating weekly between outpatient clinics and residential long-term care facilities, including telephonic nurse advice.
• Perform examinations, order and interpret diagnostics, and conduct minor procedures such as laceration repairs and foreign body removals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, develop treatment plans, and ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
• Maintain clinical competency, stay updated on geriatric medicine, and adhere to protocols.
• Qualifications include relevant certifications and licensure, with experience in internal medicine preferred.
