Join to apply for the Primary Therapist role at Azza Health Care Agency in Oakley, Utah, offering a $300 monthly commuter stipend for commutes of 35+ miles each way.
We are seeking a Primary Therapist to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual, family, and group therapies, and provide clinical support within an attachment‑based framework.
Responsibilities- Communicate proactively with families and serve as the clinical point of contact.
- Complete risk assessments, safety plans, and treatment documentation timely and accurately.
- Coordinate treatment goals with the team, participate in meetings, and represent the organization at trainings and conferences.
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Licensure or ability to transfer license in UT.
- Experience with adolescents in mental health settings.
