Banner Health is hiring a RN New Graduate for the Surgical Unit in Casper, WY. This full-time program supports a transition from new graduate to a competent nurse with mentored clinical experiences in a dedicated unit.
New grads will work three 12-hour night shifts, with weekend/holiday rotations and a $10,000 hire-on bonus plus relocation assistance. The program includes precepted clinical experiences, simulation, and comprehensive training to prepare for autonomous practice.
