Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning/ ML Engineer
This is a full-time, entry-level position for a Data Scientist who will serve as the hands‑on contributor driving model development and data science efforts. This individual will work directly with data, building and parameterizing leak detection models, identifying issues that impact results, and producing the visualizations and reports that inform decision‑making. The role combines applied machine learning with broader data science responsibilities to deliver robust, production‑ready results.
As a core contributor in our start‑up environment, the Machine Learning Engineer will help build the products our customers depend on while collaborating across teams and communicating findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Train models, test parameters, and make sure they’re reliable in production.
- Work closely with other teams to deliver high‑quality results.
- Help identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Test code, log bugs or feature requests, and contribute to Dev Ops tracking.
- Share results through reports, presentations, and clear explanations.
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Solid Python and machine learning skills (through work, coursework, or certifications).
- Comfortable in Linux and with Docker.
- Experience loading and managing data from databases or flat files.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Ability to read charts/tables and explain insights clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with scikit‑learn, pandas, PyTorch, or Tensor Flow.
- Previous exposure to Dev Ops tools for bug/feature tracking.
- Initiative and ownership of projects—comfortable driving ideas forward.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, startup environment.
- You’d love the excitement of a startup with the benefits of an established company (health, vision/dental, flex spending, 401k, and more).
- You would enjoy working in modern office with a collaborative, flexible work environment.
- You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and engaging with customers.
