Primary Responsibilities for the Database and Banking Software Administrator:

• Responsible for providing operational support of the Fiserv Banking software systems (Fiserv Premier)
• Management of the database systems related to the banking software
• Management and maintenance of Windows based systems
• Daily backup and maintenance plans of database systems
• Management of online banking web servers and associated systems
• Provides day to day management & maintenance of Online Banking related software
• Provides technical support and guidance to users
• Assists in other IT Department projects and assignments
• Operational Support for Mainframe and banking systems
• Provide technical support to user community

Qualifications for the Database and Banking Software Administrator:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting VMWare, Windows Server Operating Systems, SQL
• Associates Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Knowledge of IBM Cognos Analytics desirable. (Fiserv Business Analytics)
• Experience with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must be flexible in working hours with reliable attendance
• Strong customer service, written and verbal skills required. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical business leaders and employees
• Must be a hands‑on worker, able to work under pressure, attention to detail, work within standards, and within a team environment
