Express Employment Professionals is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals for Day/Night Shift Operator roles. If you have production experience and are looking for a full-time opportunity with a rotating schedule, this is a great opportunity to join a strong team environment.
What You'll Do- Clean and maintain work areas
- Reel extruded products into rolls of specified lengths
- Package finished products and move them to staging for quality control
- Monitor production processes and report major changes to supervisors
- Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor
- Work closely with quality assurance, shipping, and production teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to operate and understand tools, machinery, and precision equipment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- 12-hour shifts (7:45 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Weekend work required
- Rotating schedule with alternating 3-day weekends off
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong manual dexterity and coordination
- Ability to work in varying positions and environments
- Moderate to high noise levels
- Exposure to production and manufacturing conditions
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in varying weather or facility conditions
