* Must pass welding test to be considered for employment with us.
* What You'll Do:

Perform 6G pipe welding and GMAW/FCAW welding.

Weld pressure vessels, piping systems, and production equipment.

Produce X-ray-quality welds to ASME and customer standards.

Read blueprints, weld procedures, and fabrication drawings.

Qualifications:

6G Pipe Welding and GMAW/FCAW experience.

Code welding or ASME welding experience preferred.

Ability to produce X-ray-quality welds.

Pipe fitting and blueprint reading skills.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A WELDER 1 POSITION:

EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS1-4 years of Vessel Fabrication experience

Must be able to clear a weld assessment screening, including Pass AWS/ASME 1 6G GMAW/FCAWMust maintain a minimum of 95% acceptability in NDE test of weldsTO BE CONSIDERED FOR A WELDER 3 POSITION:

EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Technical training preferred but not required

Three or more years of related experience

Demonstrated proficiency in four or more welding processes (GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, SAW) with ability to pass 2 6G (GMAW/FCAW, SMAW)
Must be able to demonstrate welding ability and knowledge by performing ASME & AWS Code weld tests on pipe and plate utilizing four welding processes

Must maintain a minimum of 95% acceptability in NDE tests of welds
