Licensed Practical Nurse – Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness

Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care in a 192-bed skilled nursing facility in Casper, WY. This role supports both long-term care and short-term rehab residents. As an LPN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care and assist the RN and care team in creating a safe and supportive environment.

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and report changes in resident health
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Maintain documentation and follow facility protocols

• Current LPN license in Wyoming
  • New grad? We’ll train you!
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus
