Your Role and Responsibilities
As an essential member of our team, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care through meaningful interpersonal contact.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and Life Care standards.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Hold an active LPN license in good standing in your state.
- Preferably have one year of skilled nursing experience.
- Obtain CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, and maintain it throughout your employment.
