Your Role and Responsibilities
As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact.
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and revise care plans as necessary.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring high standards of care.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, and policies.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within the team.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Nursing diploma: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Licensure: Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience: One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR Certification: Must be obtained upon hire or during orientation and remain current throughout employment.
