Schedule: Full-time hospital shift workHighlights:
- Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical unit setting
- Manage pre- and post-surgical patients with diverse medical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Utilize specialized monitoring equipment and administer medications via multiple routes
- Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and care coordination
- Contract assignment with potential for extension
- Current Wyoming RN license or compact multi-state RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (required)
- Experience in medical/surgical nursing with a broad range of patient populations
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and patient documentation
- Ability to respond effectively to life-saving situations and adjust care based on patient presentation
