7 Moons Wellness in Casper, WY is looking for one certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for that are attentive, punctual, and reliable. Must be willing to work flexible hours and have reliable transportation.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care and support services to clients in their homes or care settings. The CNA plays a vital role in assisting clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or administrator
- Take and record vital signs as required
- Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper safety techniques
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Follow all care plans, agency policies, and state regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to pass a Drug Screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and assist clients safely
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Respectful of client privacy, dignity, and cultural differences
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Client homes, assisted living, or group home settings
- Flexible schedules may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
