Apply critical thinking skills in areas such as wound care, cardiopulmonary assessment, diabetic teaching, post-surgical care, disease management; and comfort and quality of life in areas such as explaining a patient’s prognosis, disease process, nutrition, medication, and skin care; overseeing patient care while collaborating with providers and an interdisciplinary team.
