Assistant Manager – Olympus Property

We need an energetic, detail‑oriented professional to support residents, manage day‑to‑day operations, maintain accurate financial records and foster a collaborative work environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Embody Olympus Property Core Values:

  • Maintain resident files with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Safeguard all cash, deposit receipts into the operations system promptly.
  • Respond to resident comments and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Leasing duties: show apartments, assist with leasing and resident retention efforts.
  • Inspect and make ready apartments prior to move‑in.
  • Foster a friendly, open and available team culture while discouraging non‑fraternization.
  • Fill in for the Business Manager during absences as needed.
  • Manage and monitor all rental collections:
    • Deposit rent receipts before bank close each day.
    • Assess move‑out condition and issue final account statements.
    • Refer liability claims, legal complaints or other violations to Property Manager, Regional Manager or corporate office.
    • Stay informed on nearby businesses, hiring trends, new construction and market dynamics that may affect occupancy or income.
Essentials
  • Full‑time, Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM (hours may vary slightly). Flexibility for after‑hours resident events and weekend activity.
  • On‑site experience as Assistant Manager or cross‑trained Leasing Consultant in an apartment community.
  • Strong experience with Real Page, Knock, or OnSite software.
