• Run registers and support members through the self-checkout experience; maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, answering questions, locating merchandise, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Promote products and services and guide members on using self-service technology.
• Maintain safety and security, follow company policies and procedures, and report unsafe situations to management.
• Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and co-workers, and adapting to feedback and change.

• Customer service experience, retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash registers).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and stand for long periods to assist members quickly and accurately.
