GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T0164) role at Target.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests with their needs.
• Assist guests in solving specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with all laws and policies.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; some roles may involve Drive-Up or carryout tasks.
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
