OCCUPATION:
Winch Truck Driver (2 years' experience required)

General Description Of Occupation:

The Truck Driver's primary responsibility is to haul various oilfield equipment to and from location. Other duties will include some cleaning and maintenance of the facility and grounds. All duties are to be performed according to standard operating procedures in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the worksite and to efficiently perform the task. The Truck Driver may be required to assist during rigging-up or down as needed.

Conditions for this position may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions.

21/7, Rotational work, flexible shift, no set schedule

Required Skills

• Must be required to sit for long extended periods of time on an ongoing basis
• Must be able to drive manual transmission
• Applicable knowledge of DOT Rules and Regulations
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Basic knowledge of the oil field and related equipment associated
• Must have a current, valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years’ winch truck experience required
• Solid mechanical understanding of standard oilfield equipment especially as it relates to minimum standards and best practices

Responsibilities:

• Availability to stay overnight out of town for up to 4 nights at a time. Flexibility to change plans on short notice is required.
• Flexibility for work-related travel to various locations depending on business requirements and client needs.
• Safe and legal operation of a commercial motor vehicle
• Safe and timely transportation of equipment from origin to destination
• Proper loading and unloading of equipment to assure safety and minimal risk of damage to equipment and danger to people
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment at the beginning and end of each shift and report any problematic issues to Management immediately
• Professional representation of the company through responsible driving
