We are looking for a determined and adaptable candidate to join our team as a CDL Rigger. You will work with outstanding leadership and field teams and be part of the Company’s success! Our Riggers support the lifting and handling of components for truck and rail transport.

• Participates daily in safety meeting.
• Completes inspection of rigging and tools for safe use.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis.
• Attach loads to rigging machinery in order to move them.
• Handle the movement of loads by manipulating rigging lines, hoists, and taglines.
• Signal lifts by means of verbal radio communication and/or hand signals.
• Performs housekeeping.
• Performs other job related duties.

• CDL Class A required.
• Sufficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Sufficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-driven attitude.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of related crane and rigging field experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience working around heavy equipment preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods in potential extreme weather.
• Must be able to frequently climb up and down a ladder for heights up to 20 feet.
• Must be able to enter and exit tight areas for purpose of rigging loads.
• Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Must be able to work beyond normal operating hours as determined by business demands.
