Customer Service Representative

Moving is stressful - join our team and let's take the stress out of our customer's day. Starting pay of $13- $14 / hr (based on experience) plus unlimited commissions based on your move and box sales.

Monthly bonuses are based on achieving overall company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications

* Input information into scheduling software for accurate estimating

* Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves

* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads

* Complete paperwork and payment collection

* Communicate professionally in English

REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent customer service skills

* Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs

* HS diploma or equivalent

* Strong computer skills, Microsoft office experience preferred
