Customer Service Representative – $17–$20/hour – Monday–Friday, No Nights or Weekends

Looking for a stable, long-term office career with weekends off? Join our Casselberry team helping Central Florida families get their appliances fixed. We're a growing, locally owned business, and we want someone who'll grow with us for years. Paid training is provided, so no experience is needed.

• Answer incoming calls and help customers with empathy
• Schedule in-home repair appointments with our trained technicians
• Respond to customer emails and texts
• Confirm appointments and keep customers updated
• Order and receive parts
• Enter information into our scheduling software

• Friendly phone voice and good communication skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Reliable, organized and on time
• Someone looking for a long-term position
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Call center, customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule – no nights, no weekends
