Product Development Administrator

Immediately available opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading suppliers of high-quality corporate, promotional and sportswear, as a Product Development Admin on an initial 6-month contract.

With an expanding product range and a strong focus on sustainability, this is a great opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in supporting its product development, compliance and technical functions.

Working closely with the Product Manager, you will provide administrative and technical support across the product development team, with a particular focus on product compliance and the Product DNA project.

Product Development Administrator
- Key responsibilities:

* Acting as the main point of contact for the Product DNA packaging and relabelling project, ensuring the business is prepared for Digital Product Passports (DPP).

* Creating and approving label artwork.

* Ensuring factory audits and garment compliance documentation are up to date.

* Assisting with garment testing, wash testing and fit samples.

* Supporting garment fitting and sealing alongside the Product Manager.

* Undertaking industry research and stock tracking.

* Proofreading brochures, marketing materials, website content and distributor documentation.

* Maintaining and updating product sheets.

* Providing general administrative support to the apparel design and development team, including holiday cover for the QC function.

Product Development Administrator –

Skills & Experience:

* We’re looking for someone highly organised, detail-focused and proactive, ideally with experience within apparel, fashion, textiles or a product development environment.

* You’ll need excellent administrative and communication skills,

* A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* An interest in garment product development, quality and compliance would be highly advantageous
