Wessex Internet is expanding and seeks a Customer Support Advisor to be the friendly first point of contact for customers by phone or email. You will provide support from basic technical queries to account management and log everything in Salesforce.
Training will prepare you to handle a wide range of enquiries, with SLA targets to meet, and a rural office location requiring a driving licence. This role includes shift work with Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rotation.
