Location: North West Leicestershire
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team of staff to promote excellence in teaching and learning. You will lead the small two‑year‑old provision with an experienced and dedicated team. You will have PPA and the support of the Nursery lead. You will work with our Nursery Lead to plan and prepare resources.
We are committed to staff CPD with many top staff going on to do Level four, five and six Apprenticeships as well as specialist courses.
We are looking for a teaching assistant who has:
- High expectations of learning and behaviour.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a commitment to working as part of a team.
- Committed to ensuring high levels of achievement.
- Committed to raising standards.
