This role is ideal for an Electrically biased Engineer from a Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support background who's seeking an office-based position with real opportunities for progression and skill enhancement.
The Role:
Provide remote (telephone and online) technical support to customers and Engineers
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Coordinate and schedule field service engineers based on location, skillset, and customer requirements
Take part in ongoing training and professional development, including international programs
The Candidate:
Background in Electromechanical Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support
Experience with in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Automation environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Keen to develop technically and professionally
