This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded Brand Manager who wants real ownership, visibility and influence within a fast-paced FMCG environment. At Refresco, you'll be responsible for shaping the long-term strategy of a portfolio of recognised brands, driving growth, innovation and profitability across multiple channels.
As this is a 6-month fixed-term contract, we cannot guarantee what opportunities may be available at the end of the assignment. However, Refresco is a large, growing organisation and you'll have visibility of and the ability to apply for internal vacancies as they arise, providing an excellent opportunity to build your network and explore longer-term career prospects within the business.

The Commercial Brand  Managerreportstothe Head of Msrketing andisresponsible todevelop&deliverthestrategiclongtermplansforthedesignatedbrandportfoliofor

RefrescoUKacrossalltradechannels, working towardsdeliveringtheagreedannualsales volumeandprofit budgetsforthedesignatedbrands. Using insight and market knowledge, you will identifyanddevelopnewproductanddistributionopportunitiesfor your brands, reaching new consumers and extending brand reach.
Hereareyourkeytasksandresponsibilitiesas Commercial Brand Managerat Refresco :
Review and evolve annual brand plans for each brand to take to market, identifying channel growth strategies for each brand.
OverseebrandperformanceincludingNPD,value engineering,trade marketingandpromotionalactivity.
Setandmanageannualbudgets covering customer promotional activityandtrademarketing spendtomaximise sales and profitability.
Buildandmanagestrongrelationshipswithbrandowners and sales teams,ensuringalignmentonperformanceandbrand plans.
IdentifyanddriveNPDopportunitiestogrowbrandedsalesandexpandintonewcategories.
Collaboratewiththewidercommercialteamtospotopportunities,mitigate risks,anddeliverabove-market performance.
Collaborate with appointed marketing and social media agencies to plan, develop, and execute annual social and digital campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth across a diverse portfolio of platforms. Ensure all activity aligns with strategic objectives, leverages best practices for each channel, and delivers measurable results.
About You
YoullbeanexperiencedFMCGprofessionalwithaproventrackrecordinmarketing andcommercialroles,ideallywithexposuretobothbrandandprivatelabel.
Youarehighlycreative, well organised, with good analytical skills,turning opportunities and insightsintoclearactions. A desire to haveconfidencepresentingtocustomers, internalteamsandseniorstakeholders as well as being anaturalinfluencerandcommunicator,youexcelatbuildingalignment,managingprioritiesanddeliveringresultsinafast-paced environment.
