Factory Labourer

Position: Factory Labourer (Permanent)
Location: North West Leicestershire

T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ellistown for Factory Labourers to join their friendly team on a Permanent basis.

The work can be repetitive and involves heavy lifting, therefore the ideal candidate will need to be physically fit.

We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals on a day shift OR afternoon shift – not rotating.

Factory Labourers Job Details & Benefits;

* Day shift – between £540-£681.75 per week + excellent bonus of a minimum of £40 per day

* Day shift (Once Trained) – between £624-£787.80 per week + excellent bonus of a minimum of £40 per day

* Afternoon shift – between £674.80-£851.97 per week + excellent bonus of a minimum of £40 per day

* Afternoon (Once Trained) – between £780-£984.75 per week + excellent bonus of a minimum of £40 per day

* Days OR Afternoon shifts available

* Days - Monday to Thursday 4.45am-2.45pm & Paid overtime offered on a Friday 4-11am/1pm

* Afternoons – Monday to Thursday 2.30pm-12.30am & Paid overtime offered on a Friday 11am-6pm

* 40 hours standard pay per week & time and a half for after 40 hours

* Paid breaks!

* Extra Overtime opportunities available Saturday paid at 1.5 & Sunday at double time – Meaning further earnings!

Factory Labourer Job Details;

* Operating precast machinery

* Completing hourly checks on machinery

* Resetting the machine

* Taking products off the machine, completing quality checks and applying production labels

* Working as a team towards targets

* Ensuring Health & Safety is always maintained

* Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment

Factory Labourer Person Specification;

* Previous experience within the Construction industry is essential

* Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product

* Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties

* Own transport required due to location and hours
