You don't need to have a traditional B2B sales background. This could suit someone looking to move into an office-based sales role from car sales, hospitality, recruitment, retail or another customer-facing environment

The Role:

Building and developing relationships with customers over the phone
Contacting existing and lapsed customers to generate new opportunities
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Managing your own pipeline and keeping activity up to date on the internal system
Working towards individual sales targets as part of a supportive team
Following up with customers and turning conversations into sales  The Candidate:  
Some sales, telesales, customer service or relationship-building experience
A confident and friendly telephone manner
Someone who is motivated by targets and earning potential
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without giving up
A positive, hardworking and reliable attitude
Someone who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships
