NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a Cluster Lead Pharmacist for the Stewartry Cluster, based at Gardenhill Health Centre. You will lead the GP Practice Clinical Pharmacy service, support medicines management and medication reviews as part of the GP and SHSC teams.
The role is a fixed term post with line management of the GPCPs and responsibility for clinical delivery of the Pharmacy Service and Clinical Strategy in the Stewartry Cluster, until 07/04/27.
