NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a motivated Community Occupational Therapist to join the Stewartry Home Team. You will assess adults with physical and cognitive health challenges, develop person-centred plans, and help people maximise independence at home and in their communities.
You will work with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, support discharge pathways, enable timely hospital discharges when appropriate, and promote safe, dignified living.
