We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Chef de Partie
.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
• Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food‑safety regulations.
• Support the achievement of budget food gross profit.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen operation.
• Ensure adherence to company health and safety, food‑safety and COSHH legislation.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to deliver great service to guests.
• Reliability, passion for hospitality and willingness to learn.
