We are seeking an experienced Residential Home Manager for a lovely care property set in its own grounds with beautiful views in Castle Douglas. The home specialises in providing care for the elderly with dementia and requires a manager capable of turning around and running a compliant home. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing provider dedicated to high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the care home.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- Implement strategies to improve the home's performance and resident satisfaction.
- Work closely with residents, families, and the community to maintain a positive environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a compliant care home.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in turnaround projects within care homes.
- Deep understanding of elderly care and dementia needs.
