We’re looking for self‑motivated, reliable, driven individuals who provide outstanding customer service experiences. Excellent communication skills, active listening, a personable demeanor, and a willingness to coach and empower technicians are essential. A strong team ethic and openness to coaching are also required.

• Deliver energetic, exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Communicate and connect with technicians to complete vehicle needs.
• Supervise bays and build computerized repair orders while sourcing parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers while promoting shop service specials.
• Conduct customer consulting and sales for vehicle needs.
• Lead, assist, and empower a team while aligning with the company’s vision and core values.
• Meet weekly and monthly matrix goals.
• Communicate with vendors and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

• Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
