• Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures (braces, aligners, retainers)
• Take digital X-rays and iTero scans
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Guide patients through treatment steps and answer questions
• Keep things running smoothly with a positive, team-focused attitude

• Experience in dental or orthodontic assisting (or eagerness to learn)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor patients and teammates love
• Knowledge of digital imaging and clinical software a plus
• A strong sense of teamwork and patient-first care
