A Typical Day
Helping others is what we do best, seeing the impact of your work firsthand as you inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will build client relationships that will grow stronger each year, focusing on how to wow clients now and in the future as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist.
It would be even better if you also had
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as requested
- Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Qualifying associates can enroll in medical and prescription drug coverage, participate in the 401(k) plan, EAP, virtual fitness programs, and associate discount programs; automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefits.
Pay Range: $11.00 - $27.00/Hour
