Children’s Ministry Director

Emmaus Anglican Church in Castle Rock Colorado is looking for a minister with a missionary’s heart, someone who wants to see children grow in their knowledge and love of the Lord, and someone with the gifts to build a community of parents and children.

• Provide visionary leadership and oversight for Children/Family Ministries (Nursery – 6th grade).
• Recruit, train, and equip volunteers to teach and care for children.
• Teach and empower volunteers in our wonderful curriculum:
  God’s Big Story.
• Oversee weekly Sunday School and special events like Christmas Eve at the Barn and VBS.
• Support children and families with discipleship resources during church seasons.
• Maintain and enforce child safeguarding policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to foster ongoing engagement.

• A committed follower of Jesus, aligned with a Three-Streams approach to Anglicanism.
• Passionate about children’s spiritual growth and safety.
• A natural team-builder with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to teach small children in a kind and engaging way.
• A disciple who loves learning and sharing that with others.

• Part-Time (8-16 hours per week + special events)
• Pay: $30 per hour/monthly stipend.
