• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Capacity to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Lead Teacher: $18.82–$19.55 hourly (eligible for bi‑weekly and daily pay options).
