• Be the star of the show: teach students one‑to‑one and tailor lessons to individual needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in your subject area (Math, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, etc.).
• Patience & empathy; committed to supporting each student.
• Genuine passion for teaching.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite and LMS.
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA only) and pass a federal background check.

• Teaching certification (nice to have).
• Advanced degree in specific subject area.
• Previous one‑to‑one teaching experience.
