Physical Requirements

- Under the supervision of the Principal and/or Assistant Principal, teach and instruct students in academic subject matter, social, behavioral, and other educational or related skill areas.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and assess a comprehensive educational program for students; assist in other school programs as assigned; create a supportive and flexible program and environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Use technology to provide a variety of learning materials and resources, instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment, observe, evaluate, encourage and provide feedback on student performance and development.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules, maintaining discipline in accordance with school procedures, and applying appropriate disciplinary measures.
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress, development 消 and required reports.
- Support student counseling, extracurricular activities, and participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings. Plan, organize and implement an instructional program that guides and encourages students to reach their academic potential.
