Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of the Principal and/or Assistant Principal, teach and instruct students in academic subject matter, social, behavioral, and other educational or related skill areas.
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, and assess a comprehensive educational program for students; assist in other school programs as assigned; create a supportive and flexible program and environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
  • Use technology to provide a variety of learning materials and resources, instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment, observe, evaluate, encourage and provide feedback on student performance and development.
  • Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules, maintaining discipline in accordance with school procedures, and applying appropriate disciplinary measures.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress, development 消 and required reports.
  • Support student counseling, extracurricular activities, and participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings.
  • Plan, organize and implement an instructional program that guides and encourages students to reach their academic potential.
