• Experience in Mortgage Processing; a processor is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM products.
• Proficiency with Dual‑Use/Loan Prospecting (DU/LP).
• Extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Positive, win‑or‑lose mindset.
• Leadership acumen – ready to build and lead a team.
• Relentless work ethic – hustle hard.
• Ability to teach file structuring and mentor new Loan Officers.

• Act as the go‑to specialist for structuring, teaching, and supporting incoming applications.
• Mentor and guide the six new Loan Officers hired in the last 30 days.
• Collaborate with the front‑end team to streamline pipelines, snag leads, and build relationships.
• Contribute to accelerating loan production while maintaining compliance and quality.
