Position: Licensed Clinician (Hybrid | Virtual | Community-Based)

Castle Rock, United States | Posted on 10/13/2025

Support healing. Elevate recovery. Lead with clinical wisdom and compassionate guidance.

At Hard Beauty, we are a whole-life recovery hub blending peer recovery coaching and clinical services in a trauma-informed, community-rooted model. We serve women, men, and young adults (14+) with integrated offerings that include resilience programs, recovery and process groups, one-on-one coaching, psycho educational sessions, and individual therapy.

We envision a world where everyone can recover — from whatever life has handed them. Our work is driven by equity, integrity, spirituality, innovation, and authentic connection. We are now seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our growing team. This role will provide clinical supervision and oversight, complete intakes and counseling sessions, and optionally develop and lead virtual groups through our Discover Your Recovery (DYR) platform for additional income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to a designated group of licensed staff, associates, and peer coaches. Facilitate both individual and group supervision sessions, focusing on growth, accountability, and best practices. Review and sign off on documentation, ensuring completeness, clarity, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct BPS/intake assessments and offer individual therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities. Optionally develop and facilitate virtual counseling groups on the DYR platform to expand your impact (and income). Collaborate across peer and clinical teams to create whole-person care plans that honor diverse recovery pathways.
  • Monitor quality of care and ensure team alignment with state regulations, licensing requirements, and Hard Beauty protocols. Guide staff in navigating ethical dilemmas, reporting requirements, and clinical documentation standards. Maintain confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and other relevant laws.
  • Identify professional development needs within the team and recommend or provide relevant training. Offer regular feedback and participate in performance evaluations to foster individual and team growth. Stay current with emerging treatment models and clinical innovations relevant to recovery, trauma, and addiction care.
  • Provide consultation and support during crises, difficult cases, or high-risk client situations. Foster strong team culture and promote collaboration between clinical and peer support staff. Keep records of supervision sessions, performance feedback, and clinical concerns with transparency and integrity.
Requirements

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
  • Current licensure (LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado or eligible for licensure
  • Addictions specialty or experience working with substance use disorders
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with strong working knowledge of trauma recovery, co-occurring disorders, and integrated care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in a hybrid (mostly virtual) environment
Preferred
  • Prior experience supervising clinical staff, interns, or peer professionals
  • Strong understanding of peer recovery principles and community-based care
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation systems (e.g., Zoho, HIPAA-compliant tools)

Most responsibilities can be completed virtually; occasional in-person meetings or events may occur based on program needs. Some evening hours may be required to support client and staff availability.
