Position: School Psychologist
Location: Castle Rock, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (School Year )
Compensation Packages:
- Local Candidates: $52–$59 per hour
- Travel Candidates:
Weekly take-home $1888–$2125, equivalent to $69–$80 per hour (low taxable base rate supplemented by housing and meal stipends).

Typical Duties of a School Psychologist:
- Conduct psycho educational and behavioral assessments
- Support IEP development and attend eligibility/IEP meetings
- Provide individual and group counseling, intervention strategies, and crisis support
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and administrators to promote student success
- Ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and Colorado education standards
Requirements (Colorado):
- Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active Colorado Department of Education School Psychologist license (or eligibility)
- Familiarity with MTSS and Colorado state-specific education policies
