Optimal is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who holds a passion for improving patients’ quality of life in the comfort of their placement.

• Comply with ethical and professional standards of conduct as set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
• Demonstrate treatment skills that are rooted in evidence-based practice guidelines while balancing both patient and provider expectations and needs.

About you:

• Holds an active license and can practice in the state of Colorado
• Preferable at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
