• Other duties as assigned.
• Supports staff teamwork, maintains confidentiality of patient information, and continuously strives to improve patient satisfaction.
• Manages front office responsibilities, including appointment bookings, insurance verification, patient check‑in, and check‑out processes.
• Completes chart preparation and abstraction activities prior to patient visits, ensuring all necessary lab, imaging, and referral information is available.
• Rooms patients, conducts screenings, takes medical histories, records vital signs, and performs medication reconciliation.

• High School Grad or Equ (Required)
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
• RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
