Job Description:

Aligns organizational practices with core values and mission and promotes ethical standards across the organization.
Supports community outreach initiatives.
Fosters a culture of compassion within the organization.
Develops and implements mission-supporting programs.
Provides training and education to staff on mission-related topics.
Engages with community partners to enhance collaboration.
Enhances community health through preventive care initiatives by organizing health fairs and workshops for community education and collaborating with local organizations to support community health.
Provides emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff and offers counseling services to those in need.
Conducts religious services for spiritual nourishment, facilitates support groups for emotional and spiritual well-being and organizes spiritual activities to foster a sense of community.

3+ experience in a ministry setting, preferably health care [Required]

At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education [Preferred]
